Stephen Loosemore - Partner
Stephen graduated from Jesus College, Cambridge, in 1974. He was articled to Linnels of Oxford and then on qualification moved to Clifford Chance in 1979 where he specialised in employment law and commercial litigation. Stephen joined the firm in 1981 and became an equity partner in 1983.
Stephen advises on various aspects of company and commercial law and deals with transactional work as well as the drafting of commercial agreements.
