Sarah Dobson - Solicitor
Sarah specialises in all areas of commercial property work, particularly the sale and purchase of commercial properties for investment and development purposes. She also acts for residential developers working closely with them on site acquisitions, the setting up of sites and infrastructure agreements, and the sale of individual units.
Sarah is experienced in negotiating commercial leases for shops, restaurants, offices and warehousing (acting for both landlords and tenants). She is involved in corporate support work dealing with the property aspects of business acquisitions and disposals. She acts on behalf of a wide range of clients from individuals to Plcs.
Sarah's interests include: horse racing, shooting, riding, music, gardening, travel and film.
