COMMERCIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Nigel Desoutter - Partner

Nigel has wide experience of all aspects of dispute resolution over many years. He has acted for both claimants and defendants in cases from the County Court to the House of Lords. His experience includes:

•    Defending a claim by a finance company on the basis of undue influence on a case that went to the House of Lords
•    Acting for a major charity in proceedings in the Chancery Division
•    Defending claims for alleged breaches of international commercial contracts, breach of confidence and associated employment issues

Nigel's interests include skiing, golf and the countryside.
