Malcolm Fitzgerald - Partner

Malcolm is a Partner of the Firm and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. He joined the firm in 1996 having qualified as a Legal Executive in 1993. Prior to joining the firm he was at Nabarro Nathanson in London for 7 years.

Malcolm has wide experience of all aspects of personal injury and medical negligence primarily acting for claimants. A synopsis of his recent caseload includes:

•    claim for psychiatric injuries for breach of duty by largest brewery in the UK
•    claim for breach of manual handling regulations against largest college in Sussex
•    claim for negligence for minor who suffered psychiatric problems and the need for constructive surgery resulting from ear infection
•    claims for medical negligence against several hospitals

Malcolm's outside interests include cricket, golf, films and music.
