EMPLOYMENT

Malcolm Fitzgerald - Partner

Malcolm is a Partner of the Firm and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. He joined the firm in 1996 having qualified as a Legal Executive in 1993. Prior to joining the firm he was at Nabarro Nathanson in London for 7 years.

Malcolm advises on all aspects of employment law. His experience includes:

•    drafting employment contracts
•    advice on all aspects of employee claims including unfair, wrongful and constructive dismissal; equal pay; sex and disability discrimination
•    advocacy
•    Compromise Agreements
•    resisting injunctions as a result of alleged breaches of restrictive covenants, trade secrets and confidential information

The firm will consider acting on a no-win, no-fee basis or under terms of an existing insurance policy.

Malcolm's outside interests include cricket, golf, films and music.
