COMMERCIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Malcolm Fitzgerald - Associate

Malcolm is an Associate of the Firm and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. He joined the firm in 1996 having qualified as a Legal Executive in 1993. Prior to joining the firm he was at Nabarro Nathanson in London for 7 years.

Malcolm's recent caseload includes:

•    a claim by manufacturing company for passing off by former director and employee
•    breach of contract claim for American company against former directors including American dispositions
•    defending a claim for Australian owned company for alleged breach of franchise agreement
•    a claim by liquidator for fraudulent trading by former director
•    a breach of contract, professional negligence, insolvency and construction disputes

Malcolm's outside interests include cricket, golf, films and music.
