Jonathan Everett - Partner
Jonathan joined Coole+Haddock in October 1998. He qualified as a solicitor in 1992. He has experience in dealing with a wide range of property disputes, but specialises in landlord and tenant litigation with particular emphasis on service charge disputes and leasehold enfranchisement.
Areas of practice include:
Jonathan's clients range from freehold landlords with large property portfolios to individual leaseholders wishing to exercise their right to enfranchise (i.e. buy their freehold) or claim a new lease of their own flat. He regularly appears in the county court and the leasehold valuation tribunal.
