John Lacy - Partner
John graduated from St. Peter's College, Oxford in 1975 with an Honours Degree in Jurisprudence. He served his period of Articles with Withers in London and qualified as a solicitor in 1977. After initially working in the area of Trusts and Tax, he developed an early interest in real property and during the 1980's served as an Assistant Solicitor in the Property Department of Wilde Sapte. He later joined the London firms of Braby & Waller and Amhurst Brown Colombotti as a Property Partner, before joining Coole+Haddock as a Partner in 1994.
John has recent experience of a wide range of property related work, including business leases, agricultural and farm business tenancies, business acquisitions and disposals, as well as substantial expertise in the area of Charity Law. Recent clients include major property investment and pension funds, property developers and numerous registered charities.
John's outside interests include travel, skiing and playing the cello.
