We are very well aware of the financial and emotional impact that a marriage breakdown can have and we adopt a sensitive and understanding approach to all our work.
Our main aim is to avoid costly legal proceedings, partly because it retains more money in the family and partly because it helps to preserve relationships. If legal proceedings become necessary we are skilled at conducting them and will do all we can to protect your interests and improve your position.

Fixed Costs
We know and understand that some clients are concerned about the cost of issuing divorce proceedings and with this in mind we are able to offer a fixed price divorce package for those issuing proceedings. Our costs are £400 plus VAT for proceedings issued on the basis of adultery, two years' separation with consent and five years separation. For a petition on the basis of unreasonable behaviour our fees are £650 plus VAT. There will also be court fees to pay which are currently £340 and do not attract VAT. These offers are on the basis that the proceedings are undefended.
