EMPLOYMENT

The law of employment is now complicated and forbidding. Our main aim is to help your business to avoid problems by providing preventative, proactive and practical advice. We do this, firstly, by equipping you in advance with knowledge and a proper framework of contracts, terms of employment and policies, which are consistent with legal requirements but put your business in a position of full advantage; secondly, we will talk to you in advance of any particular action you are contemplating to ensure it goes smoothly. Talk to us, for example, before you dismiss and not afterwards and you will avoid claims or minimise the risks of losing them. A combination of legal skills and good management means that when problems are properly addressed they can be resolved.
