CRIME
This is an increasingly complex area of the law with the introduction of over thirty measures affecting criminal law under this government.
We assist clients both privately and under the Legal Aid Scheme on the whole range of criminal cases from serious fraud, murder and the like to day to day motoring matters.
We have lawyers with wide experience gained over many years in all aspects of criminal law and we will assist at all stages in the process, from initial arrest, interview at the police station, to the conclusion of a case. Emergency assistance on arrest is provided free of charge in any police station in the country and if you are subsequently brought before a court we can provide expert advice and advocacy in a sympathetic and professional manner.
