Claire Parsons - Associate

Claire graduated from Anglia University in 1995, qualifying as a solicitor in 1998, and she joined the firm in 1999 specialising in family/matrimonial law.

Claire has experience of all types of family law including divorce, ancillary relief, separation and Children Act matters. She is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association).

Her experience includes:

•    financial claims - dividing matrimonial assets including the matrimonial home on a relationship breakdown
•    pension sharing arrangements
•    emergency applications - including obtaining orders to freeze assets
