Caroline Webb - Fellow of Institute of Legal Executives

Caroline joined the firm in 1982 as a secretary and after some years made the commitment to study to become a legal executive, qualifying first as a member in 1998 and as a fellow in 2006.

Caroline deals with most aspects of conveyancing and her experience includes:

•    drafting contracts and all aspects of a sale and/or purchase to completion
•    dealing with transfers of equity
•    re-mortgages
•    acting for a mid-size developer with plot sales of various sites around the country

Caroline is a member of the Sussex branch of the Institute of Legal Executives and her outside interests include running, both marathons and shorter distances, gardening, skiing and reading.
